The Project
The commercial and product development was created as a group assignment for a motion graphics course. Our group needed to come up with a concept, create the product, and provide a commercial that showcases what the product has to offer.
The Rundown
The Approach
The project began with brainstorming from all members. We eventually decided on a clean and fresh smoothie brand that comes in a can. We wanted the design to be dainty and bright. Furthermore, we wanted to create different flavor combinations that allowed for some variety in design and color.
I was in charge of the product design and the live action filming. Once our logo was developed, I created three different product labels for the cans. I then modeled them in Adobe Dimension so the files could carry over into After Effects. We wanted to incorporate some live action footage into our commercial for the flavors, of which I recorded and directed with my groupmates.
